Reunited punk band Black Flag (not to be confused with reunited punk band FLAG) has booked a pretty extensive summer tour schedule, which includes shows in both Europe and North America. The band’s classic 1979 lineup of singer Ron Reyes, guitarist Greg Ginn, and drummer Gregory Moore will begin touring Europe in May, followed by a six weeks of North American shows. As Exclaim points out, Black Flag has also hinted at the release of a new album, their first since 1985′s In My Head. According to a press release issued by Ginn’s SST imprint, the band is “putting finishing touches” on the album for a 2013 release.

Meanwhile, FLAG — the Black Flag reunion featuring Keith Morris, Bill Stevenson, and Chuck Dukowski — also has a number of upcoming tour dates schedule, including appearances at Metallica’s Orion Music + More and Amnesia Rockfest.
